Notices and Disclosures

As a parent of a student with the Intentional Learning Academy, I understand that my child may be photographed, videotaped, and/or interviewed by news media, schools, and other potential agencies for informational and/or promotional purposes as indicated below.

I WILL permit my student to be photographed, videotaped, and/or interviewed by the news media when the news media has secured proper authorization with the Intentional Learning Academy.

I WILL permit my student to be photographed, videotaped, and/or interviewed for the Intentional Learning Academy publications, program communication tools (e.g., websites and social media) and program events and activities. Note: To facilitate program publications, the Intentional Learning Academy may disclose information to approved vendors, such as students' name, student's home address, student/parent phone number, grade level, teacher names, etc.

I understand that all sales are final and that only one session can be made up in a month.
